Mary Balistreri, The Mindful Business Coach, is the CEO & President of MBT More Business Today. Building a culture of belonging is the center of success for any business and all good leaders. Mary, a leadership and business coach for more than a decade, offers a variety of coaching and professional development services to individuals and organizations focused on harnessing strengths to grow talent and develop more business. Mary’s approach is goal driven, focusing on measurable results and developing actionable plans to move past obstacles that hold individuals, teams, and organizations back.
As a Certified Diversity to Belonging Facilitator through and the Selma Center for Nonviolence, Truth and Reconciliation, and a Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) Coach, Mary believes that courageous conversations are essential to inclusive leadership. All of the services offered through her business, MBT, incorporate the importance of mindfulness in developing relationships. The trusting relationships lead to success in leadership and in business.
Mary offers expertise in business development, team building, professional development, and leadership development coupled with strategies to improve conversational and emotional intelligence to support clients in achieving their goals. In addition to the education noted above, she is a certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach, and earned a certificate in DEI in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.
