Biography
Kimberly is a leadership and resilience coach as well as a strategic partner, facilitator, and consultant. She brings two decades of experience partnering largely with Fortune 500 executives in business management consulting, human performance, organizational effectiveness, change management, and corporate social responsibility.
She is passionate about effecting change within purpose driven individuals, teams and organizations, and she's thrilled to weave her passion for environmental sustainability and resilience building into her work. As co-founder of Verte Collaborative, Kimberly is dedicated to making coaching accessible to sustainability professionals. Kimberly is also founder and principle consultant of Venture Forward, focused on serving clients with executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational development consulting.
Kimberly's coach approach holds individuals as resourceful, creative, and whole, while acknowledging that everyone, even the strongest leaders, can benefit from ongoing self-awareness, different perspectives and the identification of limiting beliefs.
She weaves in continuous learning in neuroscience, positive psychology, and wellbeing

Kimberly holds a BA with Honors in Psychology and an Environmental Studies Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a UW-Madison Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Kimberly has professional experience in four continents, and finds joy and wisdom in exposure to different ways of living, thinking, and being. She's also a mom of twins plus one, a lover of sunshine, and an adventure seeker (e.g., motorcycle riding, scuba diving and off-the-beaten path travel).
