Biography
Krista Morrissey is a professional certified Life Coach through the International Coach Federation, a high energy public speaker, engaging facilitator and an Organization Development specialist. Krista has over two decades of domestic and international business experience focusing on change, leadership and team growth.
Krista believes in an inside-out journey of Discovery Thy Self, Know Thy Self, Grow Thy Self, Lead Thy Self. The story on the outside (how one lives) is the result of the story on the inside. Get the inside right - get the outside right. Get both right and we grow and enhance the leader within.
Krista asks questions from the outside so you can answer them from the inside. You have the answers, sometimes they get fogged or buried in life. With a direct, caring approach, she partners with you to tap into the inner you, to identify your passions, strengths, and vision, and identify what it takes to get where you desire to be. She wants you to be the best version of you and bring your 'gifts' to the world. We need all of you!
In addition to coaching and working with organizations, Krista designs, hosts and facilitates Growth Camps around topics that are real, relevant and thought provoking. When speaking and facilitating, the audience is brought out of their seats and into the topic. There is no sitting on the sidelines when Krista is in the room. She also designs and hosts a weekend women's retreat called The Power of Your Journey. This weekend goes deep within to let go of what no longer serves you and to get the answers to the questions you have been asking.
