Biography
Karen has 30 years of business and nonprofit executive leadership and management experience including business ownership, higher education/adult learner classroom instruction and department leadership, mid and senior-level healthcare industry management, coaching and roundtable/group facilitation. As a faculty member at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC), she leveraged her experience to help reactivate a shuttered entrepreneur resource center and ultimately transitioned to Director of the center directing strategy and tactical operations and ensuring NWTC became the driving force of regional economic development.
With a focus on business owners, executives, and managers, Karen has worked with the leadership teams to leverage talent and achieve desired goals, providing one-on-one coaching and group facilitation. She guides clients through strategic and sales planning and facilitates monthly peer-to-peer roundtable meetings. Karen facilitates training with engaging and interactive workshops on various topics including speaking and presentation skills, leadership, business growth, customer-centered design, and planning.
