In honor of International Coaching Week 2025, ICF Wisconsin is pleased to announce a one-hour Exploration of Coaching Supervision offered by ICF Wisconsin Past President Katie Drescher, MCC and former Board member Catherine Finger, PCC.
Both Katie and Catherine completed their supervision training and certification over the past few years and offer coaching supervision, mentor coaching, and coaching services to a broad range of clients. Their session will include an overview of coaching supervision as well as a brief opportunity for participants to experience coaching supervision during the workshop.

Meet the Speakers:
Katie Drescher is an executive coach, coach mentor and supervisor. She helps her clients navigate change and enhance impact by developing trust, clarity, strategy, and actions to meet their goals. Katie’s coaching philosophy is based on awareness that the world is in constant flux. She helps clients find their inner compass, cultivate resilience, and thrive through self-discovery, compassion, and authentic connection. She uses evidenced based coaching tools, solutions and a variety of methodologies including conscious leadership, mindfulness, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and the whole person approach to help clients thrive in today's complex world. Education and Certifications: Katie is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Certified Coach Mentor and Accredited Supervisor and Senior Practitioner through the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. She completed a Professional Coaching Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a certification in Transformational Coaching through The Center for Transformational Coaching and a Certificate in Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She holds an undergraduate degree in Art History from Lawrence University, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis where she served as Articles Editor of the Law Quarterly and completed a federal judicial clerkship. She is a married mother of two adult sons, a former lawyer who enjoys painting and spending time in nature when not coaching. Katie currently serves as Past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
Catherine Finger offers executive, health, and personal coaching services. She also serves as an ICF mentor coach for coach colleagues and offers coaching supervision for practitioners. Her years of successful experience as an educational leader, board member, adjunct professor, award-winning executive coach, author, law enforcement chaplain and community leader equips her with unique insights and deep intuition on both organizations and individuals. During her professional career, she served on several state and national boards–including the AASA Governing Board–and received numerous leadership and service awards. Her vast experience in leadership and community work serves her well in her professional coaching role. Catherine has completed over 300 hours of graduate level coursework in preparation for her transition into professional coaching and the launch of her coaching practice. Catherine is an active member of the International Coach Federation and was elected to serve on the governing board of ICF Wisconsin. Having recently relocated to New Hampshire, she is also involved in the ICF New England chapter. A licensed Chaplain through the International Fellowship of Chaplains, she is also an active member of the IFOC. Her Chaplain work has led her to pursue additional educational experiences and certifications, particularly related to crisis intervention and stress management as well as trauma-informed research and practices. When she’s not coaching, engaged as a Chaplain, or writing, you can find Catherine riding her horses, traveling, and sharing cabi fashion experiences with friends near and far.
